Welcome to HireSecurityNow.com, operated by BC ECOMMERCE GROUP, S.A.S. de C.V., a company organized under the laws of Mexico ("HireSecurityNow.com," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Please read Section 16 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration and contains a class-action waiver. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days.

1. Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the site. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current.

2. What we do

HireSecurityNow.com is an online directory that connects people and businesses seeking private security services with security companies across the United States. Our services include a directory of private security companies, a free quote-request service, informational content, and tools to check state license information for listed companies.

3. Our role — we are a directory, not a security provider

HireSecurityNow.com operates solely as an informational directory and a platformthat connects users with independent providers. We do not provide security services, we do not employ or control the companies listed, we do not endorse or guarantee any provider, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality, legality, safety, licensing, insurance, conduct, or availability of services offered by any third-party provider
  • Negotiations, agreements, disputes, or contracts between users and providers
  • Any act, omission, injury, loss, or damage arising from services you obtain through or after using the platform

You are solely responsible for your own due diligence before hiring any company, including independently confirming the company's current license status with the applicable state regulator and verifying insurance and other legal requirements.

4. Where our company information comes from

Company profiles on HireSecurityNow.com are built from:

  • Public state licensing records — such as the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), which publish license status for private security companies
  • Public business directories and records — identification, location, and contact details from publicly available sources
  • Information provided by the companies themselves when they claim and complete their profiles

HireSecurityNow.com does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completenessof information from third-party sources. License status can change at any time; listings reflect information available as of the last update shown on each profile. Always confirm license status directly with the state regulator before hiring.

5. Company profiles — correction and removal

If you represent a company listed on HireSecurityNow.com, you may claim your profile to add or correct information, request a correction of inaccurate data, or request removal of your profile. Use the “Claim this profile” option on the company's page or our contact form. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. Quote requests and consent to be contacted

When you submit a quote request, you authorize us to share your contact information and request details with one or more security companies that serve your area. You expressly consent to be contacted by HireSecurityNow.com and by those companies at the phone number and email you provide — including by phone call, email, text/SMS, and prerecorded or autodialed messages — regarding your request, even if your number is on a state or national Do-Not-Call list. Consent to marketing contact is not a condition of using the service, and standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by asking the caller to stop, replying STOP to texts, or using our contact form. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

7. Reviews and user-generated content

Reviews, ratings, and recommendations reflect the personal opinions of the users who submit them and do not represent the views or endorsement of HireSecurityNow.com. By posting content, you represent that it is based on a genuine experience, is truthful, and does not contain defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or infringing material. You retain ownership of content you post, and you grant HireSecurityNow.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the site.

HireSecurityNow.com may, but is not obligated to, moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Listed companies may respond publicly to reviews about them and may request review or removal of content they believe is inaccurate or unlawful through our contact form. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user opinions.

8. Paid listings and provider subscriptions

Security companies may purchase paid listings, enhanced-profile features, or subscriptions. If you purchase a paid service:

  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or our contact form; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods.
  • We may change features, plans, or prices prospectively on notice; continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or submit false or misleading information
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access or collect data from the site, or overload or interfere with its infrastructure
  • Attempt to access non-public areas, other users' accounts, or our systems, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or post another company's information without authority
  • Submit spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the site except as permitted by law
  • Use the quote service other than to seek genuine security services for yourself or your organization

10. Intellectual property

All original content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of HireSecurityNow.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Data drawn from public government records is used in accordance with the public-access terms that apply to those records. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

11. Third-party links and services

The site links to and references third-party websites and services (including provider websites and government registries) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

12. Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. 13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireSecurityNow.com and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the site or any dealings with providers found through it — even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Your use of the site is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HireSecurityNow.com and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the site, (b) content you submit, (c) your violation of these terms or applicable law, or (d) your dealings or disputes with any provider or other user.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or any feature at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 7, 10, and 12–18) will survive.

16. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. Except as stated below, you andHireSecurityNow.com agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the US county where you reside, or by telephone or videoconference, unless you and we agree otherwise. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and HireSecurityNow.com agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and (b) seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized access. 30-day opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by sending a clear opt-out notice through our contact form; opting out will not affect the other provisions of these terms.

17. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 16. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the mandatory law of your place of residence.

18. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

19. Miscellaneous

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and HireSecurityNow.comregarding the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You consent to receive communications and disclosures from us electronically.
